Well that was certainly a barn burning bounce back game for the Finishers in this do-or-die game with the series on the line... kicked off on Remembrance Day with special pre-game inspired music by Guns n Roses (Civil War)... but not a great start for the victors after falling behind 2-nil off the bat... however, both teams fought hard and were deadlocked 4-4 in the middle stages... somewhat marred by penalty calling controversy as a parade to the box ensued... nonetheless, the Finishers were indeed finishing tonight as they dropped five unanswered goals on the opposition to pull away from a still-tight 7-5 game, leaving sub goalie Richard Chang somewhat fired up for redemption in the aftermath... but Team UB taking this loss does set up for a storybook final game of the series for all-the-marbles... so both teams should be looking to bring their A-game that night.

MDHL STARS OF THE GAME    Wayland Young  Shook off the early 2 goals that got by him with a solid outing the rest of the way for the win.    Nixon Tham  A welcome return to the MDHL (albeit in sub status) for this long standing alumnus.    Derek Lowe  Ditto here for more skilled alumni back in the mix for a cameo appearance.    Jason Lai  Credits his Wizzer-inspired stick for his 4-goal outburst tonight.
