OT thrilla! And a comeback of epic proportions tonight as it was a see-saw swing of momentum if there ever was one... on a night when another MDHL alumni, (Yakuza) Ken Takeda makes a welcome cameo return between the pipes in sub relief... Team Scrooge came out flying, likely looking to avenge that spirited loss from last week... starting their first shift with a glorious open net chance for Peter Choi, if not for the stellar heroics of Wayland Young and a lateral toe save... nevertheless Team Scrooge put the pedal to the metal and wracked up a daunting 9-3 lead with just over 30 minutes remaining. Queue the Rocky comeback music as Team Grinch kept plugging away and with a PP goal to help their cause, managed to reel off a shocking six unanswered tallies, including a sweet Datsyuk-ian top shelf backhand by Calvin Cheng... and pulled the goalie to score with just 30 seconds on the clock. The night would continue with a 5-min OT session, and it was go-time for Team Grinch to complete the comeback as Sherman Woo ices the golden goal game-winner pouncing on an uncontested rebound! Oh the drama.

MDHL STARS OF THE GAME    Raymond Chan  Had some serious jump tonight and a beauty top-shelf wrister of his own.    Frank Riccardi  Some hard work and grit gets the job done with the tying goal in such dramatic fashion.    Sherman Woo  Saves the best for last... his only shot on goal was all that was needed for the thrilling OT game winner.
