Well that only took 5 attempts, before Team DDT finally bust out for their first victory... and no easy feat as it was desperate hockey all night long... especially after coughing up a goal a few seconds into the game. Team RB (as usual) were in it all the way until the end, or so it seemed, as no lead was safe throughout... fortunately, DDT captains Sean Oye and Lonny Wong were there to show the way to victory tonight, in front of a sharp outing from Gino Cutri, stacking the pads on a sweet breakaway stop too. Meanwhile, RB were prominent as they have been all series long, led by an MMA-fueled Dharmesh Dass and his 4-goal outburst, but all fell a tad short as they gave up the empty netter in the dying moments to seal their fate and give DDT some much needed relief in the standings.
