FALL 2012 SERIES: MDHL GAME #6 REVIEW

Team Ring Burners 5 vs. Team DDT Busters 5
Friday, October 26, 2012

Mid-series is upon us and the new look teams managed to battle their way to yet another tie... although 2 of the 4 newly traded players were not in the lineup, the intended effect did appear to be evident, as Team DDT had the firepower (or will) to close the gap and salvage a tie while erasing a 3-goal deficit in the process... meanwhile, rookie Michel Salley made his debut and showed some smooth moves out th ere, and likely still has another gear or two in the tank... Ring Burners were missing a few regulars yet managed to put together a solid effort and may have dodged a bullet with a controversial crease-call that disallowed an early goal against... while the opposition fielded two 50+ (years not goals) wingers for the first time in recent history... nonetheless it was another nail biter and ending in a tie for the third game this series shows how close it really it out there.
