A rare two-table event during the holiday season where the league welcomed four rookies into the fold: Andrew Tilston, Walt Woo, Clement Law and Vivian Leung, of which the latter two made an impressive splash finishing ITM on this night. Clement was utilizing a unique Why Not? or WTF all-in strategy to finish as the runner up while the cagey veteran Vince Fung wrangles his way to first place and outlasts 16 others in the process.
Meanwhlie, our resident math prof, Frank Riccardi takes the final ITM position while leaving the host in the bubble boy position (but when you can't see you have a straight flush in your hands, you probably don't deserve to cash in). In other news, Amy Dass plays the grinch and ends Stan's torrid 2-event winning streak taking him out for the supersized $20 bounty tonight, but the former still remains atop the season leaderboard to-date.
Otherwise, it was a relative high rolling evening as multiple re-buys juiced the pot considerably and the losers' lounge cash game was just as lively (including an uber-rare royal flush sighting), but all and all made for a different dynamic to a festive evening that went into the wee hours.
