Season XVIII kicks off with Frank and Lonny leading Team Windermere, while Ray and Jackson lead Team World after a rare 100% voter turnout at the polls... and it was the latter schooling the Windermere alumni tonight as they methodically rolled two lines of attack and kept the victory all but in the bag as the lead widened... rookie Bruno Minici makes a bid for the early season Calder Trophy by opening the scoring for his team, but otherwise, Team World, led by sub Mike Ward who opened his season with a nice hat trick were too much for the opponents, especially losing Ray Yee in a collision at the mid-game mark. So the series is now underway and the rivalry is just beginning. See you Friday.
