A statement of pride including some Gatorade on the line tonight, and it looked like Team Dark would make an emphatic stamp on things jumping out to a 4-0 lead to start the game... Team White were stunned and on their heels but getting back 2 quick goals and chipping away to eventually take a 5-4 lead was a momentus turning point... and they sweated out the remainder but never looked back, leaving Team Dark somewhat deflated at losing the season series 7 games to 4. However, they may have lost the war but the shootout battle was a different story as they found their scoring touch and steam rolled their way to thirst quenching victory with a convincing 4-2 victory, not evening needing their final few shooters to ice it. And so we move to RIC for the last season series with new teams, new goalies and new rivalries. See you there!
