Not quite a (consecutive) 3-peat, as it came a few weeks too late, but Professor Simon Wong and his third 1st-place finish in our online chapter is a mighty feat indeed, and now challenges for the top of the season standings. Current leader, Quincy Ko, whose 3rd place showing is just enough to keep him in the overall lead (for now) by a measley $15, while Warren Cheng takes the runner-up spot, grinding it out on a worknight for him. Veteran Marky Mark Yu completes the ITM group with a respectable 4th position for a (symbolic, yet real) $20 take and leapfrogs a few chaps from the basement of the IOU bankroll standings. A confidence booster for sure, which is more than can be said for Stan Can-I-Rebuy-Now Quan, who finishes with back to back caboose honours in as many matches... yet nowhere to go but up, which can be said for the other 13 of us wannabes trying to get ITM too.
