2005 SPRING SERIES: GAME #4 REVIEW

Team Feast 8 vs. Team Beast 3
Friday, April 29, 2005

Sweep, sweep! Okay, not quite yet, but Team Feast continue to roll with their fourth straight win of the series in a virtual penalty parade (and probable unofficial all-time league mark) with FOUR power plays on this night... ah yes, a passionate night of desperate hockey as Team Beast tried to break the goose egg with both their regular captains out of the lineup... things looked promising early on as the scores were close and interim captains Allen Leung and Albert Chang led with their play (and their mouths) on this heated night... respecting and endorsing captains' calls on both sides seemed to be a hard lesson for a few players... meanwhile, their subs were more than capable with Nixon Tham and newbie Pavel Dosanjh who fared well in his league debut... but alas a few freak goals and the scale-tipping production from Feast's "604" core have Team Beast eating another loss... Dennis Chan continues his torrid goal streak while linemate Eric Lun chips in two after returning from vacation down the coast... on a sadder note, D Gord Chan gets caught red-faced (and in mid play no less) falling for some verbal baiting from the opposition... haven't we learned our lesson yet... just pay attention to the puck and the captains... otherwise trust no one! Meanwhile, "Razor" Raymon Hsiao (or so he's been called) subs in for his fourth straight game and lights the lamp from the blueline for the winning side yet again...
