After enduring one of the league's longest losing streaks, Team Guts show some guts and prevail to win the prolonged series in the pivotal final game... Team Blood's captain Travis Wong was a sub-out no-show to his team's dismay no doubt, but was admirably replaced by stalwart sub, Kevin Ma... who performed well, but took an untimely penalty on his very first shift... otherwise, a deadlocked 3-3 game in the early going made it anyone's game, but Team Guts pulled away riding on goals from their offensive forwards... making for a busy day for the d-corps on the other end... another fine series wraps up, as does our league's tour of duty at Trout Lake... who knows when we'll be back to this venue as it could be slated for demolition (and rebuild) in the coming seasons... for those non-returnees... enjoy your summer... and for those returnees... see you in Richmond in a few weeks for some spring hockey!
