First off, Jason and I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!! Enjoy the Christmas break and we'll see you back on the ice on Friday, January 11th.

Secondly, while you are on your break and have some spare time you may want to rate or re-rate players and subs accordingly. As the GMs, we try to balance the teams and subs using the rating system. The ratings are based on YOUR feedback so if you perceive inequality in trades then perhaps you may want to look at the ratings of each player to determine if it is accurate. For example, Shaine Greig, a multi-goal scorer is rated 4-star, and Peter Choi, who has scored every game this past series is rated a 2-star. You determine whether these are accurate or not, especially relative to the other players.
