Full moon or too much testosterone?

A rare night of mishaps and miscues make for a gong-show like evening of poker… with zero female players in attendance for the first time (in a long time) implied an alpha male evening with tight poker in store… and the only alpha male after the dust settled was Jim Anutooshkin who won the event and mowed down nearly everyone in the process… a truly convincing victory if you consider it, but otherwise distracted by the antics all evening long and if not for Vince (our chip-up specialist), Jeff (our late evening dealer), and the rookie appearance from Fern Chow, all on the ball tonight, everyone else (TD included) were just off kilter or mixed up in more than enough off-side moves to last the season… made for a usual 3-hour game to feel like an eternity at times… ultimately, likely just the money winners were satisfied tonight and the rest were left to shake their heads over one thing or another… 'til next time, everyone best refresh your poker primer and focus... oh, and let's get some ladies back in the mix too. Doh.
