Great tilt and in the rubber match to end the series too... concluding in the bathtub like confines of Kerrisdale akin to the old Boston Gardens... lots of traffic and hard work vs. the freedom and space from Trout Lake previous... but it was Team Blue getting the odd garbage goal and maintaining a slim lead throughout the game... a few penalties tonight, including Peter Choi getting his second minor in as many games, again drawing attention in and around the blue paint... other high (or low) lights of the evening, Lawrence Lau and his lips meet the end of an errant stick... leaving other half-visored players browsing the online ads for full face shields no doubt... all and all a good mini-series and a much needed victory for Team Blue after a not-so-great performance in the previous series... kudos to both captains Frank and Albert for their exceptional leadership in recent games.

MDHL STARS OF THE GAME    Heiko Hoffmann  Good plays and capitalized on a few chances too.    Jason Zeidler  Stellar saves and had players thinking (not speaking) about a shutout in the early going.    Lawrence Lau  Bloodied up... but completed the game like any real hockey player should.
