Good tilt tonight, though the score did not reflect the action at both ends of the rink… no less than six subs in the mix and a fresh 4-person trade to make for some fresh chemistry on the ice... at one end, the Warriors scored on two rare (and lucky?) deflections, while the Dragons missed out on two of their own glorious open net opportunities... meanwhile Norm Chan stood on his head and shut the door at both ends of the rink (after a 5-0 lead and resulting goalie swap), flirting with a shutout only allowing one goal against... both teams seemed to have more jump tonight, perhaps buoyed by the Olympic spirit and national pride?
