First game of the season and no apparent rust on either side as most were fired up and ready to go tonight... only one sub in the mix back at a (newly setup) regulation sized rink at Trout Lake... new captains were crowned as Orson Low and Ravi Naidu find themselves voted to first-time captain status, while their assistants Albert Chang and Ray Chan help out... too bad some ice booking controversy marred the latter stages of the game as both GMs were busy at the sidelines defending the interests of the league (while the bewildered skaters looked on)... nonetheless a few penalties, a non-goal callback, and some spirited play made for a great and fun season debut.
