A rare second event inside of a week, hastily arranged to accommodate an out-of-out alumni that never made it (ironically)... instead the MDPL welcomed three first-timers to the table (but not to poker), as Sandra Wong, Nathan Vanstone and Kevin Nasiri all fared well and made an impact but none more so than the latter, who used a re-buy to get his bearings and proceed to take down first place, including five opponents in the process... Sandra also threatened early on with some massive towers of chips while Nathan held in there to be the bubble boy tonight... otherwise, tourney host Jason finally gets onto the leaderboard with a runner-up finish grinding it out to a few meager chips and some desperate double-ups... while Geoff nabs 3rd place including the inaugural last-winner-bounty taking out Peter in the process, who seemed to lose some energy as the night wore on in his attempt to be a 4x consecutive ITM finisher... thanks to all and see you next time!
