A game is a game and a win is a win... in this case a series-tying win for Team Matrix, but likely not deserving of any epic or game-of-the-century accolades... in fact, a rather choppy, out-of-sync effort by the losing side finding themselves down (again) by five goals in the first part of the evening and playing claw-back amidst two short-handed situations without much puck luck... the victors Team Matrix were hungrier for the puck and connected with more line chemistry to spring more than a few quality chances and made the most of their chances... the late game rally kept it interesting (somewhat) to close the gap to a two goal margin, but the late goalie pull did not pay off.
