The game saw several lead changes and some spectacular goaltending from both sides. There was a calm business-like aura to the game as both teams were able to even things up each time they fell behind. The Team Neo decision to put their two studs Sean and Roberto on the same line paid off as the two combined for some beautiful and timely goals. The final minutes saw Team Matrix pressing to get the equalizer by using a sixth attacker, however, stubborn defensive play from Team Neo was enough to secure the one goal victory.

MDHL STARS OF THE GAME    Sean Oye  Scored some picture perfect goals at key times to once again prove that he is the best player on the ice.    Calvin Cheng  First game back from the injury reserves and showed no sign of rust. He was creating chaos in front of goalie Pete all night long.    Wayland Young  An experienced goalie with quick hands and excellent mobility who aided his team to victory by making world class saves.
