A rare evening of dual table action tonight as most of the MDPL veterans were in attendance, duking it out for leaderboard position... and there was no shortage of fireworks in the opening rounds... all on the octagon table in particular, as Dave, Frank and Lackey all split 7 re-buys between them... only to juice the pot for the champ of the evening, Flavio, who amassed a mega monster chip stack, thanks in part to the latter 3 members... with no last-event-winner-bounty in effect, Lackey and Dharm conspired to place the hex on Peter with a $20 price tag, which was collected by Stan during the evening for a modest ITM reward... and so the two tables whittled down to a final table just past midnight in this marathon run, as the final four happily collected dough with some solid poker playing and a bit of luck on their side too... with his second-place finish, Dharmesh now vaults to the top of the current season standings, along with the bragging rights that go with it (for now)... thanks to everyone for the concessions tonight, including food, chairs, top-ups and a free massage for the host!
